Before joining the team, he worked as House Manager at 55VS, a luxury residential building near Westminster, where he gained hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations, coordinating contractors and ensuring the building was safe, compliant, and well maintained.
At Presence & Co., Samy now oversees facilities management across multiple sites, managing maintenance, compliance, and service standards for cleaning and security teams, as well as coordinating contractors for repairs and upgrades. With a proactive and detail-driven approach, he ensures properties run smoothly and clients and tenants can rely on a consistently high level of service.
