Noah joined Presence & Co. in February 2026 as a Construction & Developments Junior Supervisor, bringing with him a diverse background in both community work and practical construction experience.
Before joining the team, Noah worked as a community football coach at Tonbridge Angels, engaging with people of all ages from 4 to 70. He has also gained valuable experience in multiple SEN environments, including primary schools, secondary schools, and further education programs. Alongside this, Noah has worked on commercial construction sites, assisting with office fit-outs and white-box refurbishments.
Now Noah supports the construction and developments team by coordinating site activities, liaising with contractors, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Excited by the opportunity to meet and work with a wide range of people, he is keen to continue learning and progressing his knowledge of the property and construction sector.
