Joe joined Presence & Co. in July 2026, bringing a strong background in property maintenance and grounds management.
After changing careers in 2020, Joe began working in home renovations, carrying out a variety of repairs, improvements and refurbishment projects. He then spent four years in the private education sector as a Maintenance and Grounds Manager, where he took pride in maintaining school buildings and grounds to a high standard for staff, pupils and visitors alike.
Now part of the Presence & Co. maintenance team, Joe enjoys the variety that every day brings and takes great satisfaction in keeping properties safe, well-maintained and looking their best.
