Jack Tucker brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, having built a diverse career across some of the world’s most recognised organisations, including BT, PwC and NBCUniversal. Throughout his career, he has managed both UK and international property portfolios, gaining experience across a broad range of asset types including offices, industrial properties, production studios and mixed-use estates. His experience has ranged from rural telecommunications sites to major corporate offices in central London exceeding 300,000 square feet.
Interestingly, Jack’s route into property was not a planned one. After completing an engineering degree, he was interviewed by BT for a graduate role within its property team. What began as an unexpected opportunity quickly developed into a rewarding career, combining strategic thinking, problem-solving and the opportunity to work closely with businesses and property assets on a large scale.
As Head of Estates at Presence & Co., Jack leads the Estates department, providing strategic estate management, client advisory and portfolio oversight. He works closely with clients to protect and enhance asset value, manage risk and support long-term objectives, delivering commercially focused services in line with RICS best practice.
Jack joined Presence & Co. in 2026, attracted to the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious business. He is passionate about helping grow the commercial division into a recognised and respected name within the commercial real estate sector.
