Clare joined Presence & Co. in December 2025 as a Property Manager, specialising in block management. She brings extensive experience managing a wide range of properties, from Grade II listed buildings to purpose-built developments, as well as private grounds.
Clare oversees all aspects of block management, including agreeing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and organising cyclical and major works. She takes time to fully understand each client’s requirements, ensuring that expectations are not only met but exceeded.
In her role, Clare enjoys the variety that comes with managing different types of properties and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly for residents and clients alike. Her previous experience in property management and sales gives her a strong foundation at Presence & Co., bringing both expertise and a keen eye for detail to every project.
