Neil joined Presence & Co. in July 2026, bringing with him a wealth of hands-on experience in property maintenance and facilities management.
He began his career with Hendy in 2018 as a Maintenance Technician, carrying out repairs and maintenance across 16 sites throughout Kent and Sussex. In 2020, Neil was promoted to Facilities Supervisor, a role he held until April 2025, overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operation of multiple locations.
With extensive knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, compliance, and facilities management, Neil plays a key role in ensuring the properties we manage are maintained to a high standard. His practical approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail help us deliver a reliable and proactive service to our clients.
