Josh joined Presence & Co. as a Landscaper in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in landscaping, forestry and estate grounds management.
Josh began his career straight out of school, working in hard landscaping and gardening, a natural fit given his love of the outdoors, nature and hands‑on work. He later moved into forestry and tree care, working across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, gaining practical experience in woodland management and specialist arboricultural tasks.
His career then took him to Canada, where he spent a year as the Head Groundsman at a large luxury resort known for its immersive bear‑watching experiences. Managing extensive natural landscapes, he developed a keen eye for detail, environmental care and the delivery of high‑quality outdoor spaces.
At Presence & Co., Josh supports the Grounds & Gardens team by maintaining and enhancing residential and communal landscapes, ensuring each space is cared for with precision and pride. Motivated by seeing projects come to life through hard work, and by the unique sights, scents and sounds of working outdoors, he enjoys travelling across some of Tunbridge Wells’ most impressive gardens and helping shape them into spaces clients are proud of.
