Natasha brings a wealth of experience in customer service, administration, and health & safety support, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Following a distinction in her Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship with her local Council, she quickly progressed into roles coordinating repairs, managing appointments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across multiple service areas.
In August 2025, Natasha joined Presence & Co as Health, Safety & Environmental Assistant. She now supports workplace safety initiatives across multiple sites, helping maintain compliance and embed a proactive, positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
Outside of work, Natasha is a full-time mum to three boys, a role that has honed her organisation, resilience, and multitasking skills, qualities she brings to every aspect of her work at Presence & Co.
