Daniel began his career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Byrnes Bros, working on one of the UK’s largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects – HS2. His time on the project gave him hands-on experience in commercial management, large-scale construction processes and working within fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
In November, Daniel joined Presence & Co., bringing with him a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail and a drive to keep developing his skills within the property and construction industry.
Having recently moved to Kent, Daniel is excited for a new challenge closer to home. He’s passionate about contributing to meaningful projects, learning from experienced teams and building a long-term career in a sector he genuinely enjoys.
